  1. East Bilney Lakes (“the venue”) is a private property and access is granted to ticket holders and visitors.
  2. All ticket holders & Visitors must abide by the rules and regulations of the venue as well as any applicable laws.
  3. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with the rules and regulations or engages in any illegal or disruptive behaviour.
  4. All Visitors assume all risks associated with fishing at the venue, including but not limited to injury or loss. The venue is not responsible for any injuries or losses sustained on the property.
  5. All ticket holders must have a valid fishing license and adhere to the catch and release policy.
  6. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  7. No pets are allowed at the venue.
  8. No overnight camping is allowed on the property.
  9. The venue reserves the right to make changes to the rules and regulations at any time.

Cancelation Terms and Conditions

  • Notice period for cancelling a place in a fishing match: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a place in a fishing match.
  • Notice period for cancelling a place in a fishing festival: A minimum of 7 days notice is required to cancel a place in a fishing festival.
  • Failure to provide the required notice period for cancelling a place in a fishing match or fishing festival will result in a full charge for the booking.
  • The venue reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any fishing match or festival due to unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by the venue, all bookings will be refunded in full.
  • By participating in a fishing match or festival at the venue, you agree to follow all rules and regulations set by the venue, including safety guidelines and catch rules.
  • The venue is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property that may occur during a fishing match or festival. Participants are required to agree via a check box during the online booking process or sign a waiver in person at the venue.
  • The venue reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
